Return & Exchange


We want you to be completely satisfied with our product. Defective or unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 7 working days after receiving the order.

And the customer must ship out the return order within 5 working days after receiving return approval from Customer Service.

Returned or exchanged items must be returned new and unused with all original garment tags still attached. All footwear must be returned with original packaging in original condition.

Please note the follow conditions are not acceptable for return or exchange:

-       The item has already been washed, cleaned, ironed or worn.

-       The item is dirty, damaged, dyed or stained.

-       The brand and product tag, wash label is missing and no longer attached to the product

-       If the item in question is past the 7 working day limitation for returns

-       If the item is not purchased from

-       No returns or exchanges can be accepted for Fragrance, Swimwear or Intimates items.

-       Final sale merchandise is not eligible for return.

-       Juicy Couture merchandise purchased online via this website are only eligible for mail-in returns, return service is not available at offline stores.

-       We do not accept merchandise returns for items purchased from offline stores,, other retailers or websites. Only those items purchased from will be accepted.

To exchange your item for another style, please return the item so it can be refunded, and purchase the new item separately. Initial shipping, tax and duties’ costs cannot be refunded. Our Customer Service team can provide further details upon request. Only those items purchased from will be accepted.



  • You can send the merchandise back to us using any traceable shipping method, at your expense.
  • Complete the return/exchange form on the back of the invoice and place this entire form in the box. Download a return form if you don't have one here.
  • Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible. To ensure your return/exchange is properly processed, please include the fully completed return form with your return package.
  • Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept Cash on Delivery.
  • We recommend you insure the package with the shipping carrier of your choice.



Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 working days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your order when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
